There is a minimum version requirement to use the web modeller, upgrading is only possible via the desktop modeller. Make sure you're application is ready to do this as it might introduce bugs depending on what type of widgets/app store modules your application uses.

If you just created the project via Sprintr and this error still occurs, you should contact Mendix.
