This looks like the advance course project package. I don't think thats available any where online. You would have to take the advance course at Mendix and I'm not sure if they are still using the same example project.

The advance learning paths teach the same concepts but use a different project package. In "Introduction to Error Handling" the resource tab has the new application model used in the advanced modules.
