Customizing the look of a Navigation Drawer

Is there a way to customize the look and feel of the navigation drawer? I am trying to achieve something like the image below, with a logo in the place of the red box.

Absolutely, take a look at https://docs.mendix.com/howto/ux/create-a-custom-theme-with-the-mendix-ui-framework or https://docs.mendix.com/howto/ux/setup-mendix-ui-framework-with-koala.

These are written for the older UI framework, but most of it will also apply on the Atlas UI framework.

For the Atlas UI you can use the web modeler to change some theme experience: https://docs.mendix.com/howto/atlasui/get-started-with-atlasui#6-customizing-your-theme.
