Did you already enable Studio through the online environment (home.mendix.com)? See picture.
If you have already done that, can you check the logs of Studio Pro? Try to enable again (to get a fresh log line) and then choose Help > Open Log File Directory. The file `log.txt` will contain the most recent log lines.

I just retried it to get the log and this time it enabled. I confirm that Mendix Studio was enabled in sprintr.
Maybe Mendix only needed to restart…
