Studio Pro via Parallels/Windows10 on a Mac

Has anyone any experience of using Studio Pro 8.4.1 on a Mac. I have installed Parallels and Windows 10 (trial version) and followed https://docs.mendix.com/howto/mobile/using-mendix-studio-pro-on-a-mac to set it up correctly. However, when I try to login to Studio pro, it does not recognise my login credentials. These are correct as I can login in outside the Parallels environment. Any thoughts please.

Hi Connor,
Please see screenshot attached. I believe Parallels is set up correctly and I can access the internet through it. Thanks.
