Plan For Every Part - Teamcenter Program and Products are not coming

Installed Mendix 10.12.1 and downloaded "Plan For Every Part" * I have changed the Teamcenter connection active * I have added new project and product When i try to view the BOM details the data is not coming and there is no error in console Someone please help on this issue.
