Hi, I am currently trying to debug an issue with the 3D Viewer wherein the viewer does not function when deployed on our cloud environment (deployed from Mendix Service Console on Windows). We have acquired a temporary license for the 3D viewer module itself and upon hours of debugging, we concluded that this might be a rewrite rule issue within IIS. This is because whenever we do bypass IIS (whether that's accessing the app through localhost or running the app from studio pro) the viewer works. Attached is the license token implemented within service console, our viewer configuration, and our rewrite rules within IIS. Our best guess would be that there is a rule missing that allows the viewer to connect to our Teamcenter vis server. Do let me know if I need to supply some more information.
