Standard loglevels when running Locally

The possibility to set standard loglevels locally. I do forget sometimes to set the loglevel for e.g. webservices to trace. Because this must be done everytime you run the app locally. And if you just changed something and want to try it and you want to check the content of the service call too often it happens that I think 'I should have set the loglevel to trace before I submitted the service call'. I t would be very handy if you did not have to adjust the loglevels everytime you run the app locally.
