When using ATS we sometimes need majority steps of a previous test case it takes a lot of effort to copy each step and paste.
A clone functionality will help obtain this and then save with a new name after which we could make changes.

I hope that I understand your remark well. It is already possible to copy a Test Case.
You can copy an existing Test Case (The tittle of the copied Test Cases is named 'Copy')
After copying the Test Case you can edit the new Test Case.
