Cannot access Logs in Deploy - > Logs

Hi Experts, I am already the SCRUM Master of the project, but I am still unable to access our cloud sandbox Logs in Buzz. Please advise me on this matter. Cheers!

you don’t have technical role, ask the technical contact of your app to give you that access. You can check project general settings who is technical contact and then can ask him. For detail check here https://docs.mendix.com/developerportal/collaborate/app-roles

Have you contacted Mendix Support? They would have access to your account and be able to see what the problem is.
