Set Browser specific capabilities in ATS

Is there any way to select browser-specific capabilities within the ATS interface? Looking to set some of the chromeOptions switches (incognito, safe-browsing, etc) when connecting to browserstack but although supported by their Se grid cannot find any way to achieve setting those switches from within ATS. Hints? Thanks,

You can create custom JavaScript actions in ATS. Maybe you can use JS to set the flags you want, put that in the custom action, and add that action to your testcase?
