Stuck at Starting App.. while previewing app in Mendix IOS App

Hi, I’ve been stuck on this page in the Mendix Mobile App forever. I developed the app using a Phone Web profile and it works fine if I preview it on my computer instead, just not on this Mobile App after I signed into a user/ admin. Please help, thank you!
