Performance testing Mendix Private cloud Mobile APP

Is there a way to do the Performance testing on Menidx Provite Cloud. We tried with LoadRunner and JMeter by changing the proxy but the mobile application is not getting connected to the backend AKS platform. If there is a way, please suggest. If it is not existing also, please comment.
