Application performance diagnostic

When i tried configure the application in Application performance Diagnostics(APD) and in APD the application environment is not showing. i configured with the API key in application.why the environment is not showing in the APD. please help with this. and All the microflows statistics is not showing.

Hi Roopa,

try contacting mendix support, the APD tool also needs api access to the application to retrieve the data.Have them check if this is already in place.
