ATS Testcase testing with SSO (Internal siteminder)

Hi Team , We are planning to test our application which is SSO(internal siteminder) enabled with ATS , Is there any option to write testcase in ATS to test with simple SSO login? Need suggestions if there is any option to implement SSO testing in ATS. your response is much appreciated . Any Suggestions please
