MxAdmin not lgging in in test environment

Good Afternoon, We have an application pushed to test environment. I can't login to the application as MxAdmin. It just resets the login screen. It works in the local environment. I have tried restarting, pushing a new package and changing the MxAdmin password and still doing the same thing for us all. Can anyone point us in the right direction to what may be wrong? Hi Jessica,

The error "404 - file not found for file: img%2Ffavicon.icon" means that the browser is trying to fetch the favicon.icon file, but it doesn’t exist in your app. this doesn't do with login issue.

After multiple failed login attempts, MxAdmin might get locked out try, Clearing cookies & cache in the browser and Logging in with another user (if possible) then try to login with MxAdmin after some time and check the live log Look for errors related to authentication or user access.
