I have the date and time set to any time after: 2017-03-02 00:01:30 It is running at 01:01, but I want it to run half past the hour. like, 01:30 as I specified since there are scheduled events running on top of the hour. Is it possible to run ATS half past the hour at 01:30?

Yes, but you have to put the right format as: 2017-03-02 01:30:00 and not 2017-03-02 00:01:30
