Please deploy the Calypso SW in a bit better way - Introduce Versioning

Calypso is very useful SW and I very much appreciate that you provide such tools.

But in our company we dont have Dropbox allowed. Therefore to install this is for our colleagues really difficult. 

I would also wecome to have proper versioning somehow shomewhere visible.

If I click on the help/update I would leed me directly to this link – having this kind of link hardcoded in the application is not ideal. 

Also please provide a bit more documentation to this SW this would help as well – maybe I simply did not find it yet.
