The Batch Update Button Icon feature is pretty handy. But I miss one major feature:
Replacing all icons or adding new icons based on the button caption.
For example target all buttons with caption: save, and add a floppydisk to it.
This would help out greatly by applying a consistent User Experience throughout all the organisations' applications.
