TreeTable: How to reset the highlight (selection) when TreeTable is freshed

I have a TreeTable. The user clicks on the row to select something to display. However, when I fresh the page, the previous selection remains highlighted. It does not go away. How can I reset the highlight (or make it go away) so that when the TreeTable is refreshed, no row is highlighted (selected)? Thanks.
