Adding check box to group box

Hi, am trying to add check box to the group box, but the check box is not working i mean it is not getting selectable .please tell how to resolve this Thanks, Shabana

Usually when inputwidgets fail like this, it's a matter of having access rights. Have you allowed write access rights for the user for the boolean attribute that underpins this checkbox?
