Line chart clickable to navigate to that particular Object

Hi Team, I have line charts in my application and where exceptions are shown which are created in that particular program for a specific machine. These exceptions are appearing as a dots on these line charts. Now I would like to have these dots clickable and navigate to that exception page. Could you please advise on it ? Thank you.

If you are using the line chart, on your series you have a event tab, inside of that you can navigate through your page.
