Can we achieve routing like angular application with the help of navigation tree widget?

Hi, We are trying to implement a portal to store api documentation. We have to use navigation tree to display the documentation sections available in the page. Is there way to load css for each page to control collapse and expand the navigation tree. I am using Mendix studio Pro version 9.13.0
