s there any way possible that we upload excel it compare with uploaded data and put only new data in rows

Are you using the Excel Importer? If so, you can choose exactly what happens when you import: create a new object for each row, synchronize only existing objects and ignore the rest, or only create non-existing objects.

You say that you want to compare with uploaded data and only put the new data in rows (I assume that by putting data in rows you mean creating objects). So that sounds like the last option, only create non-existing objects.
