Time picker instead of date?

the date time widget is great at selecting dates. but is there a awesome way to set time?

I use the React DateTimePicker from the appstore Marketplace.  I think its a pretty good user experience, given that picking times is usually pretty clunky in a browser / web app.   https://watch.screencastify.com/v/Vn4G5CAHgyMqUj6ixwRr
