Using image instead of icon for navigation -> padding gone

Hi all, In Mendix 9.18.3 when I am using an image instead of an icon for a navigation the item does not align in the same way as the icons do (in the example organizations uses an image instead of an icon). I expected it to scale and align neatly. Is my expectation wrong? Anyone know how to fix this? I tried several image sizes, but all with the same result. Regards, Martin
