How to fix letter break? Mendix can not load text data(S-JIS) properly from AWS

hello I am trying to import some text data from AWS. I am trying to get the text data from AWS, then the mendix recognized like below.(Third one). when I am typing Japanese word in Mendix there is no error on that however when I am trying to get text file which is wrote in Japanese. on this do you have any idea how to solve? Additionally, some Japanese(S-JIS) words in Mendix that recognized its bit differently when I am open text file on windows. do you also have idea how to solve?
