unable to validate SAML message

Hi All, I had migrated the Mx version from 9.6.9 to 9.24.3. While opening the TEST URL and selecting the SSO, I got this error in TEST Environment "unable to validate the SAML message!" in SSO. Can anyone help me what may the issue/ or what is the solution?
