How to manage 125% and 150% display scaling on Windows machines?

When building our websites we're generally testing on 1920x1080 screens, but we've noticed that a lot of our users are coming in on laptops that by default have 125% or 150% scaling set, so their screens look very crunched when showing data grids for example.   How do other teams deal with this problem when building responsive UI?
