List view returning different sorting order depending on user role

Hi all, In our app we currently have a list view which returns import file objects, which is set to default sorting order in the Mendix backend. A user has noticed that their sorting order is different to how it should be, and this varies depending on what roles that user has set. Has anybody seen this before? Thanks in advance.
