In the marketplace there are plenty of solutions for charts, and what your are searching is a 'Donut Chart'.

You can Download Chart widget from marketplace 'https://marketplace.mendix.com/link/component/105695' and use it in your app, It provides different type of chart widgets. 'Pie Chart' will be more suitable for your case.
