DataGrid2 columns are shrinking.

Hi, I'm currently facing a challenge where whenever I alter the dimensions of one column, the rest seem to slightly decrease in size concurrently. In my situation, I'm working with 21 columns, each of which requires a unique adjustment. Thanks all for the help. (Mendix Studio Pro: 10.8.1)

Please have look on this image and change the setting Can resize to "NO" to that column and unique adjust please have a look on last image you can manual set that .
