I assume that you have a static  URL Path or transfered the URL path(s) of the Image you will view from External to Mendix through an integration (you can get the data by using the "Call rest Service" activity in Mendix. Its configuration varies depending on what kind of service the other party has ). You can view the external image in Mendix by following the steps in the image below.
