How to add Search box and select entity with all details

I was created on entity address which contain several attributes like country name , city , zipcode etc. and I was created new page booking and I want to create one search box and one submit button on that booking page so when I search country name then select one entry which I want and click on submit button and when we click on submit button then display one page which contain all the details of selected entity.
