how to lock the scroll behaviour when the page reloads.

Hi, How to lock the scroll when the page reloads by automatically or by manually as in the scenario of user uploads a document through the filedropper thus have to reload the page,there I am showing the page Again as it refreshes like that,I tried with javascript,Jquery and html Snippets to work on that but I didn’t find any results with that.Suggest a way for this to find solution.
