Not able to download whole page as i am using window.print() for printing a page

Hi, I am not able to download whole page as i am using window.print() for printing a page.I have tried some other options given by you such as templator and print screen pdf but it is not compatible with Mendix Version 9.5.0.I am using css for configuration for setting height width of a page while printing but it is not working.So could you please provide me solution on this.As i am sharing some screen shots for the output i am getting.I need help so that it would run uniformly on all browsers.
