Allow user to control number of rows displayed by a data grid

It’s possible in Data Grid 2 for a developer to set the number of rows displayed in a data grid.

It would be very awesome if an end user could control this to meet their needs.

I work on data-heavy desktop applications, and my users are accustomed to being able to set the number of rows they want to see in a data table. See example image below.
