Add Export/Import Configuration for Excel Export module (similar as in Excel Import Module)

I want to be able to import and export an existing template with all configurations for excel export module (similar as in the Excel Import Module). This will avoid to set up the configurations from scratch in each environment.

Additionally it will be more efficient to set up the sequence number automatically according to the position you move it. This will avoid to adjust all the sequence in case you want to add a column in the middle of your template.
