Improve the usability of debug process

Two simple points to improve the usability of the current debug tool.

1. Change the icon of "Step Over" and make it distant from the "Step Out", to avoid accidental wrong clicks.
2. Avoid key combination for debug process like Alt+F6

We could focus on things more important instead this 2 problems during the debug process.
