Hi Zahra, here my thoughts on this:

  • Would it be possible to develop an app like Clubhouse with Mendix ? – I think with enough time and effort, everything is possible. 
  • Is Mendix suitable for an app like Clubhouse? – No, there are other Platforms/Technologies which better fit, like native Fullstack development on mobile. To develop an app like Clubhouse, you will not benefit by the Pro’s of Mendix, because the most part of the app would be some custom java(script).
