Well, not in Excel, but I did do it in Word. Check my Word Exporter module for it.

Word and Excel use the same java library, Apache POI, which can be used to create charts in either document type. You could use the Word Exporter module as an example to create this for Excel. 

Be aware that this does involve some fair knowledge of Java. You could opt for altering the Mendix Marketplace module Excel Exporter, or, if the dataset is simple, start from scratch yourself. The Excel Exporter module is hard to get through in terms of Java, so I would probably start from scratch.
