Firefox 50.1.0 problems with https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans

Some users have problems with firefox because it won't load https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans. Other users with the same computer don't have that problem. So I think it is some parameter with firefox that causes the problem. Does anyone knows what the problem could be ?

Could this be a same problem as described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6532458/open-sans-condensed-light-not-working-in-firefox
