Show text label if attachment is present

I have one optional file attachment function in my page. For asimple application submittion i just want if applicant attachetd the file then a text should be shown after the submission and if no file attached the text should be hiddne.. Any expression?

Create a label on the page and configure the visibility to show the label if “HasContents” is true.
