I see some ideas floating but was wondering if there is already a way to have a Label’s caption change based on an attribute value.

The label for the field is either a static text or data from attributes or a combination of both static and attribute values.

There is currently no option to make this conditionally change.

An alternative would be to not show the field’s label but add a text box in front of the field that is set to read only and is rendered as text. Then the field can be used to display the label you need by changing the data in the field.
