Create default app avatar based on Name (like google does)

I'm really loving the new designs.

One of the issues I keep running into is the lazyness of PO's.

None of them want to change the icon, and find it a hastle to give me permission.

An easy fix would be how Google does it with contacts, give them a color + letter.
