Community Manager (not to be confused with a Community-team Manager)

It seems that the community is often confused about:

• The motivation behind certain choices that Mendix makes (ex. webmodeler).
• How certain processes work (ex. idea forum implementation)
• Status of things that have been planned (ex. MacModeler, Darktheme)

I think that if they hired a Community manager whos job would be to answer internal forum questions, this would help create a lot more transparacy and cohesion within the community.
I often hear from multiple users that they feel that Mendix doesnt care about them, but when I talk to Mendix Developers they show a lot of love towards the community.
Hiring a Community manager would help solve this perception.
