After initiating an action which requires two-factor authentication; the action is not automatically performed after authentication. In other words, if I am unlinking a free app. It prompts me for two-factor authentication. After I enter the one time authentication code it doesn't automatically proceed to unlink the app. I have to click on unlink again. This has caused a lot of issues, with some of our users, where they assume that they have already unlinked the app.
