Add custom popup to the layout types

I would really like to customize popups, currently this is made very difficult due to inline styling.

some kind of a layout where I can add a close button, maybe clicking on the background can trigger a close, and a container or two that I can give classes.

I’d be able to use flex and other css to make it brand appropriate.
