Tooltips on forum questions

A tooltip should be on the icon in forum questions that I think is used for accepting an answer.  I really don’t know what it is used for because it has no tooltip or description.  Green box with white checkmark.

On this same topic, every control should support tooltips.  I don’t recall which ones right now don’t, but I have seen some that don’t even have that as an option.
