listen to multiple listviews, and pass-through (no more 100 snippets on a page)

we currently have a left/right view.
on the left we have multiple listviews and nested listviews
on the right we have multiple snippets that all go on and off depending on what is selected.

What would be nice is to have a “listen to multiple-listviews and pass-through”

Then on each listview have a button that opens a page with the layouttype "passed through”, almost like how old school iFrames used to work.

currently we've solved this with restyling a popup, but this also creates other challanges.
